Description

The Fujfilm X-Pro3 is one of the most uniquely designed cameras. It has the design of a vintage camera but incorporates modern day technology.

The Fujilm X-Pro3 is marketed towards street photographers with it's smaller and lightweight body. It has a special Duratect coating to protect the camera's titanium finish from scratches. It's weather resistant to handle being carried out and about rather than being stored in a hard to access bag.

It features a viewfinder that lets you switch between an electronic viewfinder and optimal viewfinder to combine the best of both worlds.

A hidden LCD helps photographers focus on the scene at hand through the viewfinder while still displaying critical shooting information on a secondary monitor. But when you'd rather use the LCD screen simply flip it open.

The X-Pro3 is more of a niche novelty camera designed for photographers who want to simulate the old film camera days.

Available in black, dura black, or dura silver models.

Pros:

  • Hidden LCD with a secondary monitor on the back is a unique design
  • Excellent image quality
  • Optical and electronic hybrid viewfinder

Cons:

  • Only a max of 15 minutes recording time for 4K video, but then again this camera is aimed more toward photography.
  • May take a little while to get used to
  • The pull down LCD screen is controversial. Many hate the design. If you primarily use the LCD to shoot, then select another camera model.
